 I am a SAP Consultant but to know everything in SAP world in tough. 
The best way is to look in expert forums http://forums.sdn.sap.com/index.jspa
FInd the right sub area. Whatever you need to know, someone may have already discussed it before so you can see what is the discusssion.
Or if you are asking something new, someone will surely help you.
Hope this helps. It's good to see more Nepali people in SAP world.....
