https://immi.homeaffairs.gov.au/visas/getting-a-visa/visa-listing/visitor-600 Should not be issue getting tourist visa if you have valid US visa or greencard or travel docs. Make sure you are making enough money. Takes less than a month at max. Check AU immigration site for more details.
